  1. Visit to Kawran Market and old Dhaka
Ms. Marina Betti (Novara, Italy) May 9, 2019
Obaidul is a splendid guide. He speaks excellent English, he is polite and friendly and answers questions willingly and competently. He knows exactly what you want to see and tries in every way to satisfy you. The market is absolutely worth the visit. Crowded and colorful it is an experience that I absolutely recommend. Don't believe anyone who says it's not safe. We didn't have any problems. Also interesting was the rest of the tour which included an ancient mosque, the pink palace, the Hindu district, the fabric market and the river port. The rickshaw ride is essential and the boat transfer on the river is interesting. I highly recommend!
  2. An excellent guide destined to become a friend - 5*
Mr. David M (London, UK) July 8, 2018
Obaidul, first and foremost, is a smart and generous guide, who made my short trip to Dhaka into one of the most memorable experiences I've ever had. I feel I could not as feel as much in two days with Obaidul had I been alone in the capital for a month - not only is Obaidul clearly intelligent and knowledgeable, but he is also personable, fun and enjoyable to be around. Highlights included the railways station (photos of hundreds on top of trains), the frenetic fruit and veg market, incredible tasty Bengali food (fish!) and an impromptu stop at the national football stadium per my request to watch a local Bangladesh football match. Obaidul is a reason to return to Bangladesh knowing you're in such safe and capable hands
  3. Obaidul is an excellent guide.
Mr. John B (Stroud, UK) May 19, 2018
When my husband and I arranged to visit Dhaka for a few days we wanted an English-speaking guide who would show us the sights and also be flexible to our needs. As soon as Obaidul arrived at our hotel with his driver we knew we had made the right choice. He is very knowledgeable, easy to listen to, attentive at all times and always made sure we were safe, especially in the wholesale market which is hectic. We went with him on two tours and thoroughly enjoyed both. I especially loved the photographic tour and thankfully Obaidul was happy for me to take lots of pictures as we toured around. We will definitely be booking Obaidul again when we next visit Bangladesh. We want to go to the Sundarbans. He will ensure we have an amazing experience. We can't rate Bangladesh Scenic Tours high enough.
